A Vietnamese Staple in Hamilton

Formerly known as Pho Dau Bo, the Hamilton locations changed their names to Pho Dui Bo. They are still under the same ownership according to the servers, and if Pho is your passion, you can't go wrong here.

A friend of mine lived in Vietnam for several years, and whenever he wants that taste of Vietnam, this is his go-to place.

While the atmosphere and service could best be described as 'authentic', you really can't go wrong on the menu.

The bun bo hue was a game changer! Bun bo hue is famous in central Vietnam and while this Pho Dui Bo is known for its pho, the craze for pho overshadows the beauty of their bun bo hue! Think of this dish as a slightly spicy version of the pho but much tastier The soup comes with cabbage, lime, basil, and bean sprouts on the side. The broth was incredibly fragrant and the flavours, combined with the meats and pork jelly, easily made this dish the best dish we've had! I will probably get this the next time I'm here instead of my usual pho order.
